Sara Pinto is a graphic designer who lives with her family in Montpelier, Vermont. She worked on The Alphabet Room, which is her first book, as part of her graduation project. The bright art and fresh approach to the alphabet introduces a lively new talent to the world of children's books. The Alphabet Room was the recipient of the PEN New England Children's Book Discovery Award.
