Lucy Marcovitch started out as a primary teacher in Leeds before moving to London to write teaching materials and non-fiction books for schools. She has published two picture books and intends to write many many more. Her favourite things are being with friends, running and walking in beautiful places, reading (especially books written for children and young people), going to the theatre and watching her two young children grow up. Lucy now lives in Warwickshire.
