Kate Prendergast - Author

Born and bred in North London Kate Prendergast first studied design at Middlesex University. After years of working in the transport industry and raising a son and daughter Kate’s growing interest in Illustration led to an MA degree in Children’s Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art. Dog On A Digger is Kate’s second book after completing the Cambridge course. Her debut, Dog On A Train, was long-listed for the inaugural Klaus Flugge award.
