The Lovereading4Kids comment

Book 3 of 4 in the story of Ramose, heir to the Egyptian throne. Ramose must pit his wits against his foe but he must also decide whether his apparent loyal friends are indeed still loyal to him and will help him achieve his status once again of Prince of Egypt. Lots of brilliant characters and a great plot that will have you reading into the small hours!

Ramose: Sting of the Scorpion by Carole Wilkinson

This four part series entitled Ramose is a terrifically exciting adventure and an absolutely marvellous way to be introduced to life in Egypt at the time of the pharoahs thousands of years ago. Written as fiction and featuring a young prince and heir whose life is not quite as straightforward as befits the son of a pharoah; in fact his life is full of surprises. Why not join him on his escapades en route to his rightful place as Prince Ramose: beginning with Prince in Exile, Tomb Robbers, Sting of the Scorpion, and finally The Wrath of Ra.
