Synopsis

Little Tabs Best Friends A Little Tab Book for Older Babies About First Phrases by Kim Hyun

Best Friends is a first look at the familiar expressions that an older baby hears over and over again, such as Bang-bang! Be quiet! Look at me! Well done! Sleep tight, I love you. The phrases are matched with bright, cheerful and endearing animal characters that babies (and their parents) will identify with. Sturdy little tabs along the top and down the side of the page help baby find their favourite page, and encourage interactivity.

The illustrations, by Goolygooly, a South Korean illustrator, are colourful, contemporary and expressive.

Also available in the series: Happy Families.

Reviews

a great little tab board book which introduces [little ones] to the idea of friendship and situations they might find themselves in: having to share (or not!), disagreements but also plenty of fun. Lovable and bright animal characters make all this much less daunting and introduce them to phrases that will soon become quite familiar. -- Library Mice http://librarymice.com/picture-book-carousel-board-books-for-little-ones/ A great little tab board book which introduces them to the idea of friendship[...]loveable and bright animal characters make all this much less daunting and introduce them to phrases that will soon become quite familiar Library Mice
