The Lovereading4Kids comment

Making a film has never been easier: what’s a smartphone after all but a high quality, portable video recorder capable of shooting all manner of lighting situations in full HD, says independent filmmaker Robert Blofield. His book explains the skills needed to help budding filmmakers turn their ideas into reality, and is full of useful tips. Covering everything from where to find inspiration, to mastering light and sound (generally the area most overlooked by first-time directors), it is both informative and inspiring. Skill nine, of ten, covers ways to get your film shown. The spiral bound format should make it easy to use even on set! ~ Andrea Reece

In simple, clear explanatory texte with bright informative pictures, this spiral-bound book takes you through each of the stages involved in making a film with your camera or moile phone. Great for the budding film-maker. Carousel This book gives a simple outline on how to write, direct and edit your first film, and does exactly that! With spiral binding, excellent use of diagrams and charts to show the flow of work, this is an excellent and inspiring guide.
