With a suitable companion to the celebratory 150th anniversary edition of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, this title captures the humour and nonsense of the original story. It is suitable for younger readers.

Synopsis

Alice Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll, Tony Ross

Oh, Kitty, if only we could get through into Looking-glass House! . This is a perfect companion to last year's celebratory 150th anniversary edition of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, once again we follow Alice's escapades with some of the most famous characters in literature, like Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee, in a world where nothing is ever quite as it seems.

Perfectly capturing the humour and nonsense of the original story, this edition is carefully abridged for younger readers and gloriously illustrated by world-famous author and illustrator Tony Ross.

Reviews

Tony Ross captures all of the quirks of Carroll's original characters in an innovative way... The newly imagined text breathes fresh life into this fantastical tale, bringing delight to the eye and ear of the reader. * Guardian, The Best New Children's Books *
