The Lovereading4Kids comment

Jake is an ordinary dog but with some very special qualities. Exciting stories written in easy-to-read texts with highly attractive illustrations that match them well make the Jake books perfect for first time readers. In Jake a Friend Indeed, Jake is off on his first holiday and also his first visit to a farm. Although he gets into all kinds of trouble, he also turns out to be a saviour and a hero.
