This is Book two of the Badlands series, following on from Death in Drygulch. A range war breaks out between the cattlemen and smallholders who settle to try to farm. Billy Joe and the boys are caught up in the middle of it.

About the Author

Eldridge James was born and brought up in a small town in Texas. He learned to ride
almost before he could walk, and spent most of his childhood astride his pony Patch.
