The Lovereading4Kids comment

There’s loads of new life on Silver Street Farm as the pig, the goats and the sheep are all pregnant! Can the children manage the pressure! The results are exciting and the all the new babies are perfectly sweet – even if they are a bit of a handful!

Other titles in the series include Welcome to Silver Street, All Aboard at Silver Street Farm and Escape from Silver Street.

Synopsis

Spring Fever at Silver Street Farm by Nicola Davies

Some farms are up in the hills...or down long, winding lanes...but Silver Street Farm is different - It's right in the middle of a town! It's springtime at Silver Street Farm, and all the animals are getting ready to have their babies. The downside is that Flora, who usually runs the farm, has gone to look after her father's farm and the three children are on their own. At first things go smoothly but then one of the pigs breaks into Flora's caravan to make a nice warm nest for her babies, the mother hen leaves a rooster to look after her eggs and even Buster the dog has a surprise in store...
