Cloudberry Castle: Ballerina Dreams by Janey Louise Jones

Katie Mackenzie's family runs a ballet school in a wonderful old Scottish castle. Katie loves living with the other boarders, but it's not always easy, and she misses her old best friend Mallie. So she's thrilled when her old friend asks for Katie's help training her new unruly pony. But Katie has both ballet exams and the chance to audition for a role in the New York City Ballet's tour of The Nutcracker. Can she balance training Mickey the pony with beating the other girls to her dream ballerina role?
