Synopsis

Little Bear's Dragon and Other Stories by Jane Hissey

A collection of four Little Bear picture books. In Little Bear and the Jolly Dragon , the toys come across a fearsome dragon sleeping in a den under the chair wearing Little Bear's trousers! Could it have really eaten Little Bear? Or perhaps this little dragon isn't quite as fierce as it seems.

Reviews

The four brand new stories about Little Bear and his nursery toy friends collected here are the perfect length for bedtime. We see the friends dressing-up and playing make-believe games, acting out stories, and camping in tents - with all the accompanying interaction between characters and the amusing misunderstandings that inevitably take place. They mirror the familiar activities of pre-school children, which is why they are so satisfying to read aloud to this age-group. (3-6 yrs) (Kirkus UK)
