How to Find a Friend by Maria S. Costa

Two creatures ...too busy ...to notice each other! Finding a friend can sometimes be a hit-and-miss affair! When Rabbit moves into his new burrow and Squirrel moves into her new treehouse, they would both love to BUMP into a friend. But will that ever happen or will they keep on MISSING each other? With all the appeal of those 'it's behind you' moments from pantomime, you can join Squirrel and Rabbit on their comedy CRASH course in how to find a friend!

About the Author

Maria is a graduate of the prestigious Cambridge MA in Illustration. She loves to bring humour and even a touch of nonsense to her illustrations which are often inspired by vintage colours and patterns, and rendered through a mix of traditional linocut printmaking and digital techniques.

I have told all my friends, family & teachers to see for themselves just how great the site is. Without fail, they are hugely impressed.

Alexander Boxall – age 11

I love finding new books to read. My mummy and me look at the new ones coming out. I have written reviews of some of them!

Jessica Cobbin – age 7

I love all the books they recommend & put up for me to review. I also love the fact that they give new authors the chance to share their boo

Daisy Pennock – age 15

You give me age appropriate ideas of books I can read and buy for the children and find out what other children their age think of them too.

Katie Lonsdale

It has introduced my children to books we hadn’t come across before. Real children’s reviews gives a great insight into what others think to

Lorraine Woods

I think Lovereading4kids is an amazing company because of the friendly staff and the fabulous chance to read great books before publication.

It gives me a chance to read types of books that I would not normally try, and it motivates me to read every night to finish it!
