Synopsis

Seada: an Introduction to Irish for Key Stage 3 CD by Mairead Ni Fhathaigh, Treasa Mhig Uidhir

S?ada is an introductory Irish course specifically designed for the Key Stage 3 Northern Ireland Curriculum devised by CCEA. It has been produced in association with The Department of Education for Northern Ireland (DENI) and Foras Na Gaeilge who jointly financed the research, the writing and the production of this course. It comprises a pupil's book and a listening CD (sold separately). S?ada assumes no prior knowledge of the Irish language. The six units deal with everyday vocabulary and grammar and build language step by step while also developing broader appreciation of Irish culture.
