Reviews

A motivating and entertaining read for emerging readers in junior school... complemented by a set of fantastic black and white drawings. * School Librarian * Great for newly confident readers. * The Guardian * Another visual feast full of fun... top notch ghost-busting! * WRD Magazine * It is only now that one of my sons has reached the right reading stage that I realise the sheer genius of Tim Healey and Chris Mould's Mortimer Keene series. I have never seen him devour a book with so many tricky words so fast as he did... zany comic writing and elegantly ghastly pictures that are the joy. * The Glasgow Herald * Humorous rhyming text is well matched with lively, amusing illustrations. * Peters Gazette *

It is THE website to use for narrowing down your search for any book. Definitely knocks the socks off any other book review website.

I am so pleased to have signed my kids up as they are reading a much wider range of books and even choosing books out of their comfort zone.

Angela East

We love Lovereading4kids because they put books in front of us we wouldn’t otherwise have read. They make us more adventurous readers!
