Meddlers: Lickety Kwick and the Mixed-Up Fix Lime B/3c by Maureen Haselhurst

In this Lime-B level Meddlers book: Boy racer Lickety Kwick thinks he's a dead-cert to win the Junior Racing Car Championships but the Meddlers have other ideas! When Professor Kybosh's assistants find out that Lickety would have donated his prize money to the Doggy Doo Animal Home they realise they have made a big mistake. They put things right just in time for Lickety to win the race.
