Basil Brush: Horse Play (Blue B) by Clare Robertson

In this Blue-B level Basil Brush book: In the beginning of this story, Basil Brush and his friend, Mortimer, decide to have a horse race. Bingo joins them and they all devise a cunning plan to win the race! In the end, Basil's plan works best when he uses a rocket to speed things up.
