BC Blue (KS1) B/1B Jay and Sniffer: The Cake Sale Goo by Liz Miles

This title is part of Bug Club, the first whole-school reading programme that joins books with an online reading world to teach today's children to read. In this Blue-B level Jay and Sniffer book: Disaster strikes the school when a huge tree falls making a terrible mess. Jay has the idea of raising money to fix the playground by holding a cake sale. But Mr Slime has a cunning plan to ruin the sale by putting green goo on the cakes. Sniffer discovers him and attacks Mr Slime so that he falls into the green goo.
