Synopsis

CSS Picture Collection: Macbeth by Michael Clamp

Help students to explore intepretation, staging and performance. Macbeth has been hugely popular ever since it was first performed. With over 75 images per disc there are plenty of opportunities to compare and contrast different productions. There are audio recordings of key moments that add to the drama, and students can record their own speeches, as well as a simple toolbar to annotate images with speech and thought bubbles. Students can sequence the images and create their own storyboards. Suitable for whole-class teaching on an interactive whiteboard, or for independent or pair work at a single machine.

Reviews

I am enormously impressed. The range of images is absorbingly extensive, users can reach high levels of interaction with minimum technical hurdling and the integrity of the text is a the core of the whole package. Head of English Department, All Saints Catholic School and Technology College, Dagenham The pictures are of excellent quality and the juxtaposition of contrasting productions is exactly what we want.
