Success in Maths for the Caribbean Student's Book 3 by Althea Foster, Gerry Rose

It is designed both to stimulate students' interest and to increase their confidence in mathematics through a unique course approach: * Each topic is practised extensively through a series of exercises ('Practice') that become progressively more challenging. * Optional extension exercises ('Further Practice') add to students' confidence once they have succeeded with the earlier exercises. *'Key fact' and 'Word check' boxes throughout each chapter provide simple explanations and reminders of mathematical concepts. *Success in Maths for the Caribbean (Students' book 3), has an accompanying Workbook that provides additional exercises that can be used for homework or further classwork. * The Teacher's Guide makes it easier for teachers to plan lessons and deal with common pitfalls, and provides a variety of Tests for use throughout the year. All of these features enable students to achieve greater success in ther mathematics studies. *Level 4 available November 2005
