Synopsis

Map Reading for Central Africa by R. Kalaluka

This book is simply written and contains many maps, line diagrams and exercises. Full use is made of the colour survey maps so that students become familiar with the type of map they will meet later in examinations. Since the first edition of this book was published in 1970 the Central African countries have begun to ' go metric '; only metric survey maps are now used in secondary examinations. In this new fully revised and metricated edition metric survey maps have replaced those used in the first edition. Book 2 in the series has also been metricated and revised.
