Synopsis

Little Quack's New Friend by Lauren Thompson

When a little green frog hops into Little Quack's pond, the other ducklings are not sure whether they should make friends with him - after all, he sounds funny, he's green and he's not even the slightest bit fluffy. But Little Quack wants to make friends with Little Ribbit, and soon persuades his brothers and sisters that hopping, splashing and jumping are lots of fun. Soon Little Ribbit feels quite at home in his new surroundings.

Lauren Thompson is the author of the bestselling board book 'Mouse's First Christmas'. She works as an editor and lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and young son. Derek Anderson's vibrant and imaginative illustrations have appeared on cards and in magazines for many years. he lives with his wife in Minneapolis.
