A playscript set in Tudor times. A disparate group of people from all levels of Tudor society are on their way to London Town for different reasons. We have a professional actor, a doctor, a thief, a cook, and a serving wench. On the way a host of disasters happen to them ...will they ever reach their destination?

Kaye Umansky is a very successful writer for children, with her books ranging from picture books to novels.

Kaye Umansky trained as a teacher, only beginning to write after her daughter was born. Kaye is the much-loved author of the Pongwiffy books and lives in London where she writes in an office with stars on the ceiling.
