Areas covered include algebra, measures, money, fractions and data handling. Key Maths Book 5 is suitable for children in Key Stage 1 who are getting ready for the transition to Key Stage 2 and includes: vertical addition and subtraction with carrying and borrowing, hundreds/tens/units, counting in 2s and 5s, fractions (1/2 and 1/4), standard units of measurement (centimetre/gram), time in minutes and symmetry.
