Synopsis

Over the Moon & Eco Jack by Christine Kearney

Eco Jack is a superhero environmental champion. With his amazing flying dogs and his gang of helpers he is determined to save the world from pollution and teach mankind to live in harmony with nature. Like Eco Jack, Michael in 'Over the Moon' is ready to fight for what he believes in. In this story the moon is under threat from a race of evil aliens - the Veterons - and Firestar and other stars cannot defeat them on their own, Michael is their last hope.

About the Author

OVER THE MOON Believing in Santa Claus and being told there is a man in the moon are among the things that as children we love to hear. As one of five children living in the mining town of Whitehaven in Cumbria, looking up from my bedroom window at the moon and stars above I believed there really was a man in the moon - magical! ECO JACK This story is based on my partner, who is a marine biologist. We lived on the beach with our dogs in a caravan while he studied the biology of the coast.
