Synopsis

Bobby's Big Day by Barbara Wooll

Bobby the Bus has reached his retirement age. No longer will he have to get up early every day and take the children to school through crowded city streets. Instead he joins the bus show and becomes a star performer, delighting the crowds with an extraordinary, spectacular stunt.

About the Author

Barbara Wooll originates from North London and is now retired. For many years, for one reason or another, she has been in possession of information regarding London Buses. Her children's story, Bobby's Big Day, is inspired by the tilting demonstration at the 1985 Chiswick Bus Festival.
