About the Author

Kathy Helidoniotis grew up in Sydney living for the school holidays, which she spent on the New South Wales south coast studying the three essential 'R's': reading, writing and riding (horses of course). Kathy has had numerous books for children published; and now divides here time between writing stories, reading books and teaching.
