About the Author

Tim Ferguson holds a degree in sport science and a PGCE in physical education and has more than five years of teaching experience. He is also a qualified basketball, rugby, soccer, tennis and squash coach and has recently qualified as a climbing instructor. Tim owns and runs High Adventure Outdoor Education Centre. In his free time he concentrates on his favoured sports of mountain biking, snowboarding and climbing.
