About the Author

Lancaster has been developing youth sports and fitness programmes for the past 15 years in soccer and American football. He is currently the senior director of youth football development for the NFL. Teodorescu is a long-time fitness celebrity who has trained everyone from kids to famous actors over the past 25 years. He is best known for his videos with Cindy Crawford and the book Radu's Simply Fit and is currently running a training center in New York City.
