Synopsis

First Picture Encyclopedia by Minna Lacey

This is an introductory encyclopedia with vivid, imaginative pictures that will encourage children to look at it again and again. It is separated into basic themes such as space, your body, dinosaurs, diggers and trucks, wild animals, insects, things that go and the weather. Each Illustration is packed with detail and simple descriptive text to introduce children to each subject. At the back of the book is a section on things to spot throughout the book, so children can have fun trying to find these things with an adult.

LoveReading4Kids is a modern and creative way of emphasising the value and importance of books in this digital age #booksforlife

Amrit Bunet – Teen

I am so pleased to have signed my kids up as they are reading a much wider range of books and even choosing books out of their comfort zone.

Angela East

I love Lovereading4kids because I get an opportunity to put my opinion forward and to try new books

Elosie Clarkson – age 11

It has introduced my children to books we hadn’t come across before. Real children’s reviews gives a great insight into what others think to

Lorraine Woods

We love Lovereading as my 5 year old loves to read new books before anyone else has a chance, she says it makes reading exciting!

Tracey Chorley

It’s a community united by a passion for books and promoting the best there is in children’s literature.

Sam Bateman and family

I have told all my friends, family & teachers to see for themselves just how great the site is. Without fail, they are hugely impressed.

Alexander Boxall – age 11

You give me age appropriate ideas of books I can read and buy for the children and find out what other children their age think of them too.
