About the Author

Etsuko Wanatabe was born in Tokyo and studied art in Japan and France. She is the illustrator of several books published in France by Editions Albin Michel and Editions Milan. She has also illustrated children's magazines and designed CD and DVD jackets. Oscar's Party is her first book for Bloomsbury and is being published as a co-edition with Seuil Jeunesse in France.
