Bill's Bike by Andy Blackford

Synopsis

Bill's Bike by Andy Blackford

Bill gets a new bike for his birthday. He loves to ride it around, but soon finds out how many wheels he needs! The Tiddlers series contains stories with a word count of fewer than 50 words for children who are just starting to read. A word list at the start of the book allows you to check the child's ability to decode and understand each word before reading, providing a fully supported first reading experience. And a puzzle at the end of the story encourages rereading for pleasure.

About the Author

Andy has written many stories for children and has also worked in children's television. His story Spare Bear won the Children's Story of the Year prize. When he's not diving, cycling or running, he lives in Cambridgeshire.
