Synopsis

Hurry Up by Ann Bryant

Tractor is very slow and the other vehicles soon get angry when the road is blocked. The Tiddlers series features fun stories with a word count of fewer than 50 words for children who are just starting to read. A word list at the beginning of the story allows for a quick check of the reader's ability to read and understand words before reading, and a puzzle at the end of the story encourages rereading for pleasure.

About the Author

Ann has published well over a hundred books, largely children's fiction, for ages 3 - 12, but also some music resources for primary school teachers. She loves doing school author visits and giving music workshops for teachers, and when she's not working she likes reading, cinema, theatre, cycling, swimming, walking, going to the gym, being with family and friends. She has two daughters and lives with her husband, who does all the cooking - (result!) - in Kent.
