Self-harm and suicide are related although very different from each other. This book looks at the causes and signs of self-harm and considers the physical and psychological effects on young people. It gives advice on how to seek help to overcome the emotional difficulties that can lead to self-harm or even to suicide, and to tackle the underlying issues that may have given rise to these feelings.
