To pass the time, they take turns telling stories - stories no human child has heard before:* The Seahorse and the Kelpie King* When I was a Tooth Fairy* Princess Curly Long Locks* The Shoemaker and the Robber Elves* One Pumpkin, Five Dears and Three Good Wishes

Reviews

'Original stories are told by the fairies themselves. The two girls who tested this out for me were both captivated'

* DISABILITY TIMES * A collection of well-known fairy tales that young and old will never tire of hearing -- Kim Bunce * THE OBSERVER * Perfect for listening at bedtime. A refreshing changer from some of today's stories proving that recipe for beginning (once upon a time) and ending (happily every after) still enchants today's sophisticated youngsters. * CAROUSEL *

About the Author

Georgie Adams

Georgie Adams lives in Cornwall with her artist husband. She spent many years working as an editor of children's books before she became a writer of books for the very young.

Georgie writes...

'I was born in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and we lived in the country, surrounded by horses, hop fields and orchards. I was pony mad and lucky enough to have ponies of my own. My very first pony was a shaggy Shetland called Muffet.

I’m married to an artist. We live in Cornwall, not far from the rugged North Cornwall coast – a great place for inspiration. I have two daughters, three stepchildren and one lazy cat called Miss Molly, who likes to sleep in the airing cupboard. I have several young nieces too, and they are among my most critical and demanding reviewers!'
