Isamu Noguchi by Caroline Tiger

Born in 1904 to an American mother and a Japanese poet father, Isamu Noguchi split his childhood and adolescence between two countries in which he never felt he belonged. But creating art made him feel at home, and Noguchi traveled the world and worked with some of the most renowned artists of the 20th century. The ingenious ways he blended both his American and Japanese heritages into sculpture, furniture, stage sets, and public gardens made Noguchi a world-renowned artist.
