This book and Back to School for Babar are the first titles in Abrams' new Babar licensed books program. It's Christmas in Celesteville and the new neighbors have decorated their house with lights, sculptures, balloons, a fountain - new trimmings appear every day. Babar's children love the Christmas house and wonder about the mysterious occupants. King Rataxes and his rhinos think its an eyesore and demand that Babar do something about it.
