About the Author

Lucy Volpin loves dinosaurs! Always hasand always will. She also has a passion forthe 2B pencil which led her to graduatefrom University College Falmouth in 2011with a BA(Hons) in illustration. Being wildly dyslexic, Lucy neverimagined that she would not only beillustrating but writing stories too! She issuper excited and very lucky to beworking with Nosy Crow for her veryfirst picture book. Usually using pencils and watercolour,Lucy loves to capture expression andmovement in her work along withhumour and silliness. She lives in rural Devon with herhusband and enjoys spending timerenovating their barn conversion, walking,singing and making a mess in her studio.
