Jumbo Hangman by Mike Ward

Synopsis

Jumbo Hangman by Mike Ward

This book is suitable for children aged 12 years and up. If good things come in small packages, even better things must come in jumbo ones. That's certainly true of this large-format collection of puzzles featuring the 26 letters of the alphabet accompanied by silver scratch-off circles. Choose a letter, scratch a circle and see if you've made a match. Sound easy? Six misses is all you get before you find yourself swinging from the short end of a long rope!

About the Author

Mike Ward is the head puzzle compiler at Brainteaser Publications. He has been compiling puzzles for about 20 years, starting off with producing crosswords for various newspapers, then branching out with publications with a brainteaser flavour. Ward, who is based in New Zealand, published the Scratch Hangman books down there and sold over 250,000 copies locally before assigning the title to Sterling.
