About the Author

Ann Fullick has written for secondary Biology students around the world, and has frequently collaborated with local authors to produce high quality, accessible textbooks. Samuel Omoding is an experienced educator and science writer who currently teaches at Kitante Hill School, Kampala. Previously Head of the Biology Department at several large secondary schools in the capital, he has also authored revision and textbook materials for the Ugandan and Kenyan education systems. Dorothy Matovu is currently deputy principal at Namilyango College, Kampala, where she was previously Head of the Biology Department. With extensive teaching experience at both O and A level, she is also an expert adviser on the Ugandan curriculum.
