About the Author

Catherine Chambers was born in Adelaide, Australia, and was brought up in the UK. She has written about 120 books for children and young adults on all kinds of subjects, including history, biographies, science and the arts. Angela Royston has written many books for young people, including books about people at work, animals, health and the environment. Sarah Levete has written numerous titles, on a lot of different subjects, for children. Her many books include educational titles for children about science, world affairs, religion, history and social issues. When she is not writing, Sarah also teaches young people and adults. She lives in Oxford with her husband and children.
