Biggie's never played football before, but his new teammates assure him that being BIG is all that counts. Poor Biggie! Once he's on the pitch he realizes there's a lot more to football than just being big...And, as the final whistle blows, it's not a big kick but a little stamp - a postage stamp! - that saves the game...This is a debut picture book from an exciting new author/illustrator. It includes a fun story about football with very funky artwork.

About the Author

Bob Kolar is the author/illustrator of several books, including Do You Want to Play? and Racer Dogs. He also illustrated AlphaOops! The Day Z Went First by Alethea Kontis, which won the NCTE Notable Children's Books in the Language Arts Award. He lives in Kansas City, Missouri.
