Synopsis

Yigg and Yogg the Happy Cats by Lindsay Camp

Meet Yig and Yogg the happy cats in a fresh and exciting new picture book. Yig and Yogg are friends. That's Yig with the big head and that's Yogg with the even bigger head! Just as very young children want to explore the world, so Yig and Yogg are an inquisitive pair. When Yig grows a sunflower he can't decide whether the flower is getting larger or whether he is getting smaller. It's a good thing Yogg is there to have one of her Brilliant Ideas...Using models and sets, these two original and engaging characters, imagined by Lindsay Camp, are realized by the creators of Waybuloo.

About the Author

Lindsay Camp was born in 1957. He completed an English degree at Bristol University and is an outstanding writer for young children. He describes himself as a fanatical but useless tennis player, an enthusiastic but talentless guitarist and a songwriter. He lives in Bristol, with his wife, three children and three cats. Lucy Chesher is the creative genius of Absolutely Cuckoo, the character design and animation studio behind the award-winning CBeebies TV series, Waybuloo. Lucy works in a surprisingly traditional way, using pencils, paper, plasticine, puppets and a little bit of love to bring characters to life. She lives and works in London.
