Synopsis

Dragon's Merry Christmas by Dav Pilkey

Dragon tries to make Christmas special each year. He chooses the perfect tree and buys the perfect presents. But Dragon just can't bring himself to cut down the tree he picked, and as he walks home from his shopping trip, he gives away his gifts to needier creatures. Dragon's sweet antics paired with Dav Pilkey's bright illustrations will warm readers' hearts as they laugh out loud.

About the Author

Dav Pilkey was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1966. He currently lives in Eugene, Oregon with his dogs, Little Dog, Leia, and Martha Jane, and his cats, Blueberry and Edward Velvetpaws.

Dav (originally Dave) hit upon the current spelling of his name when a label maker used to create name tags refused to print the letter “e.” Though the spelling has changed, the pronunciation is the same.
