Synopsis

Experiments to Do on Your Family by Karen Romano Young

As this book proves, sibling science is one cool branch of science! Sometimes it's all about understanding your baby brother or sister, like the workshop about analyzing what your younger sibling can see, or figuring out what a baby likes by understanding his or her cognitive development. Sometimes it's all about relationships, like the workshop about analyzing birth order, or how siblings resolve conflict. Whatever workshop kids chose, this book of experiments is peppered with inspiring sidebars from experts in the field, tips on how to have an award-winning presentation in time for the science fair, and plenty of humour.
