Miki and the Wishing Star by Stephen Mackey

Miki is back in this wintery tale of determination, friendship and hope. It's the three friends' birthday and they all make a special wish, but Penguin's wish leads him into dangerous territory...A magical Antarctic journey in a book. Miki is a highly-successful character in the gift and greeting-card market and a theatre production toured the country to rave reviews last year. A firm favourite with CBeebies, Miki was read on CBeebies Bedtime Hour by David Tennant and Miki and the Moon Blossom by Patrick Stewart.
