Synopsis

Foxes by Jill Atkins

Find out all about foxes: what do they look like? What do they eat? Where do foxes make their home? Foxes is a phonics-based reading book, covering the fourth phase of letters and sounds that children learn in school, with the focus on alternative letters and sounds for graphemes and phonemes already met. Illustrated throughout with beautiful photographs, this 225-word non-fiction book features a fully decodable text, suitable for ages 6 - 7. Foxes is part of Ransom Reading Stars, a structured programme for children learning to read. The series has fifteen levels: four phonics levels and eleven book band levels (Pink through to Lime).
