This book features a new title in Toxic series. A science professor, Doctor John Butler, and his son, Mark, go to an island to view the Quark 11 Company's experiments on elderly lions. Elsewhere on the island they are fusing a lion with a shark. When this creature is complete it goes crazy and swims away from the island on a mission of carnage and destruction. Only Mark and his father can stop disaster ensuing. Graphic Toxics are a series of highly illustrated graphic fiction for reluctant reader who are encouraged to read by fast-paced, adventure stories. Shark Feed is ideal for reluctant readers aged 8-12 with a reading age of 6-7.

About the Author

Jonny Zucker worked as a primary school teacher, football coach and stand-up comedian before turning to writing full time. He has written over 100 books for children of all ages. He plays rhythm guitar in a band and still thinks he has a chance of becoming a professional footballer. He lives in London with his wife and three sons.
