The chunky format and hardwearing pages are perfect for wee hands.

Reviews

'Kate McLelland's choice of unique Scottish animals and colorful illustrations are simple and very visually satisfying. By including the Highland cattle, red squirrel and puffin, she connects to Scottish heritage and brings these specifically situated animals from a remote country alive, along with more universal animals. This would be interesting to the pre reading child who may have had other animal books to broaden this vocabulary and learn about Scottish animals, as well as give a sense of pride to those children of Scottish heritage.'
