Matthew's Dream by Leo Lionni

Matthew's Dream by Leo Lionni

Matthew the mouse lives in a dreary corner of a dusty attic. But a trip to the museum helps him to see his surroundings in a new light. With brush in paw, Matthew sets out to paint the shapes and colours of joy .

Intelligently told and vibrantly illustrated, this is a tale of self-discovery EYE I highly recommend this book. It is the reissue of an original hardback, but none the less welcome -if your hardback version has been read as much as it deserves to be, it will have fallen apart a long time ago. Books for Keeps Classic celebration of art and creativity. The School Librarian
